Weight care
built for her
A licensed clinician looks at your hormones, labs, sleep and history, then builds a plan that may include a GLP-1. No insurance needed.
GLP-1 plans from $139/mo · labs included

Your body can change even when your habits haven’t
Shifting hormones, less muscle and broken sleep all make weight feel harder in your 30s, 40s and 50s. It’s not a willpower problem, and your care shouldn’t treat it like one.

Who it’s for
Women in their 20s through early 70s. Your clinician reviews every case individually.
Or 25+ with a weight-related condition, for GLP-1 treatment. Low-dose programs have different criteria.
Some conditions, medications or pregnancy plans mean a GLP-1 isn’t right. You’ll get a clear answer either way.

What happens at my first visit?
You complete a secure online intake about your health history, medications and goals. A licensed clinician reviews it, usually without a live call, and follows up by message. Video visits are available when your state requires one or when you or your clinician want one.
Who is eligible for GLP-1 medication?
Your clinician decides. In general, GLP-1 treatment is considered for adults aged 18 to 74 with a BMI of 27 or more, or 25 or more with a weight-related health condition. Some health conditions and medications mean GLP-1s aren’t right for you.
Which medications do you prescribe?
If appropriate, your clinician may prescribe compounded medications containing semaglutide or tirzepatide, by weekly injection or, for semaglutide, by mouth. NŌVAP compounded medications are not the same as brand-name products and are not FDA-approved.
What is the low-dose GLP-1 program?
A program that uses lower doses of a compounded GLP-1, sometimes combined with other ingredients, for eligible patients. Your clinician decides whether it’s appropriate and at what dose.
Are labs included?
Yes. If your clinician orders labs as part of your weight care, they’re included in your plan price.
What about side effects like nausea?
Stomach side effects such as nausea, constipation and diarrhea are the most common. Your clinician starts at a low dose, increases it gradually and may prescribe an optional anti-nausea medication you can pick up at a local pharmacy. See Important Safety Information below.
How do the 3, 6 and 12 month options work?
You pay for the period upfront at a lower monthly rate. Medication still ships every 4 weeks. Your clinician checks in throughout and adjusts your dose as needed.
Do you take insurance?
No. NŌVAP is self-pay. You’ll see your exact price before you pay.
Important Safety Information
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved. They are not the same as brand-name medications and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. Prescription and dosing decisions are made by a licensed clinician.
Possible risk of thyroid tumors, including cancer. FDA-approved medicines that contain semaglutide or tirzepatide carry a warning that, in studies in rodents, they caused thyroid C-cell tumors. It is not known whether they cause these tumors in people. Do not use GLP-1 medication if you or a family member have ever had medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or if you have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). Tell your clinician if you notice a lump or swelling in your neck, trouble swallowing, hoarseness or shortness of breath.
Other serious side effects can include inflammation of the pancreas (severe stomach pain that may spread to the back), gallbladder problems, low blood sugar (especially if you also take insulin or a sulfonylurea), kidney problems often linked to dehydration from vomiting or diarrhea, serious allergic reactions, changes in vision in people with diabetes, increased heart rate, and changes in mood or thoughts of self-harm. Get emergency help right away for severe symptoms.
The most common side effects are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, stomach pain, headache and tiredness.
Pregnancy and birth control. Do not use GLP-1 medication if you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant or are breastfeeding; talk to your clinician about when to stop before trying to conceive. Tirzepatide may make birth control pills less effective, so your clinician may advise a backup or non-oral method.
This is not a complete list of risks. Tell your clinician about all your health conditions and medications. To report side effects, contact your clinician or the FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088 or www.fda.gov/medwatch. In an emergency, call 911.
